[KM] Laos and Viet Nam cooperate on workforce training for renewable energy sector

[KM] Laos and Viet Nam have agreed to cooperate on training technical workers for the renewable energy sector, as both countries pursue ambitious plans to expand wind and solar capacity.

[KM] Under the agreement, technical institutes in Viet Nam will host short-term training placements for Lao engineers and technicians working on renewable energy projects.
