[KM] Sihanoukville port upgrades logistics infrastructure linking the Mekong economic corridor

[KM] Cambodia has begun a phased upgrade of logistics infrastructure at Sihanoukville port, aiming to reduce container dwell times and strengthen the port's role as a maritime gateway for the wider Mekong subregion.
